ShoppingTechnology et al. is a subsidiary of Netdor Corporation. Netdor Corporation provides hosting, eCommerce, Internet access and email services. Netdor Corporation reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Subscriber's access to any portion or all of Netdor Corporation services, when Netdor Corporation deems that the account has been used inappropriately. Netdor Corporation reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. User Policy
·Netdor Corporation Prohibits sites engaged in:
· Illegal activities including but not limited to storing and/or distributing illegal copies of copyrighted software, warez sites, violations of copyrights and trademarks, violations of U.S. laws, selling and/or distributing illegal contraband. Internet abuse including but not limited to spamming - mass unsolicited Emailing, distribution of mass emailing programs, cross-posting messages to a large number of usenet groups, posting obscene or inflammatory messages, threatening other Internet users, mail bombing Internet users, running packet sniffers or port scanners, spamming Netdor Corporation support staff. Spammers are held responsible for a $500 clean up fee.
Systems abuse including but not limited to use of excessive CPU resources, use of excessive disk space, use of excessive email storage space, hacking our systems, installing continuously running programs, such as IRC bots, reselling CGI scripts.
Adult content The determination of what is "adult content" and prohibited shall be solely made by Netdor Corporation
2. Policy Violation
Should a policy violation occur, Netdor Corporation reserves the right to terminate the account without notice and without any refunds. The policy violating Subscriber will be held responsible for any damages to Netdor Corporation, including but not limited to, Netdor Corporation's system, servers, connectivity, reputation, business, service, network, operations, or equipment. The policy violator may be charged a $500 clean up fee.
3. Web Site Content
The Subscriber is responsible for keeping a copy of their most current web site files as backup on a remote system (not on Netdor Corporation servers). Netdor Corporation is not responsible for any lost files, information, or data. Should any data need to be recovered from Netdor Corporation's backup tapes, there will be a charge of $100. Netdor Corporation does not guarantee to possess the most current copy of a Subscriber's website.
4. Support
· Free customer support is provided via email.
· Billing inquiries will be answered within one business day.
· Subscriber agrees not to spam support.
· Normal support hours are (in Eastern Standard Time) Mon-Fri.: 9:30am - 6:30pm
Netdor Corporation does provide web site design, custom programming and scripting, or web site consulting services on a fee for service basis..
5. Payment Policy
Setup Fee (when applicable) the setup fee is required before any service is activated. The setup fee is non-refundable.
Recurring Fee(s): Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Subscription
The minimum term of service for web hosting is 3 months or 1 Quarter.
All services except eCommerce hosting, are billed to the subscribers credit card on a quarterly (3 month) or Annual prepayment basis based on the subscribers election during the signup process. Subscriber understands and agrees and conveys to Netdor Corporation permission to bill subscribers credit card for each subsequent subsequent renewal period as it becomes due. Subscriber further understands agrees that no other bills or invoices will be sent by postal mail or fax. Payment is due on the anniversary date of each subscription period wether quarterly or Annally following the date the account was established. (If the account was established at the end of the month - the anniversary dates may be subject to adjustments.). Once an order is successfully submitted, the Subscriber is subject to Netdor Corporation's refund policy.
Payment Method - Credit Card
Netdor Corporation accepts credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Credit Card Failures
In the event of any credit card failure, a notice will be sent to the billing contact via email. An attempt will be made to charge the credit card everyday until a successful charge or the end of the billing cycle. If the credit card continues to fail and the billing cycle ends, the account will be suspended indefinently pending cancelation.
Payment Method - Checks/Money Orders
Checks and money order are made out to Netdor Corporation. Please remember to print your Domain Name and Account Number on your Check/Money Order. Check/Money Order: Payment for additional features can be made at any time by sending a check to Netdor Corporation. A credit will be applied toward the account to which the Subscriber can draw from in order to pay for add on features. If payment is not received, the account is cancelled at the end of the billing cycle. Returned Checks/ Non-Sufficient Funds,
If a check is returned, the Subscriber is subject to a $20 processing fee.

· Subscriber has 14 days to deliver payment to Netdor Corporation after first email notification to the billing contact of a renewal.
· Payment must be received or services are not rendered.
· If payment is not received on time, then the account is suspended.
· If a check is returned due to non-sufficient funds, there will be an additional processing fee of $25.
InterNIC Fees
· All InterNIC fees are separate from Netdor Corporation costs and the Subscriber is responsible for timely payments to InterNIC for domain ownership.
General Payment Policy
· Netdor Corporation reserves the right to change prices at any time.
· All monetary transactions will occur in $US dollars.
· Promotional pricing may be implimented or withdrawn anytime at the sole discression of Netdor Corporation..
· Monthly, Quarterly or Annual prices are not prorated.
· Add on features are non-refundable regardless of whether the service was used.
5. Account Reactivation
If an account was cancelled due to Subscriber request or billing issues and the Subscriber desires to reactivate the account, a non-refundable reactivation fee of $19.95 will be required prior to account reactivation. Accounts are reactivated after all outstanding charges are paid, including hosting fees, additional features, and NSF check processing fees.
If an account was cancelled due to policy violation, Netdor Corporation will not reactivate the account.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee less setup charges except where specifically noted. From time to time, we offer promotional programs such as a 30 Day Free Trial wherin we do not charge the suscribers credit card until the end of the trial period.
Account termination of service beyond the initial 30 day period will be pro rated to Subscribers at our current monthly charge for service.
If Netdor Corporation terminates an account due to a policy violation, there will be no refund. The policy violator may be charged a $500 clean up fee. Monthly fees associated with additional features are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation
Netdor Corporation reserves the right to terminate service at any time. Customers can cancel service at any time. All account cancellations are to be requested via email to: support@getsite.net . If the Subscriber requests cancellation, their account will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle, or immediately, if the Subscriber specifies immediate account termination. If an account is cancelled due to non-payment, Netdor Corporation reserves the right to delete the web site contents without notice. Netdor Corporation reserves the right to suspend , delete or remove any content or files on our servers at any time for any reason contents without notice.
8. Indemnification
Subscriber agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Netdor Corporation against any liabilities arising out of defective products sold to customers from Netdor Corporation servers, personal injury or property damage caused by products or services sold or distributed from Netdor Corporation servers, any material that infringes or allegedly infringes on the rights of a third party available from Netdor Corporation servers, and any material that libels or allegedly libels a third party available from Netdor Corporation servers.
9. Disclaimer
Netdor Corporation is not responsible for any damages to any Subscriber's business. Netdor Corporation makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for services that we provide. Use of Netdor Corporation's web hosting and email service is at the Subscriber's sole risk. Netdor Corporation's services are provided on an "as is, as available" basis.
Netdor Corporation does not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error free. Netdor Corporation will provide every effort in good faith to ensure that its services are available to as many Internet users as possible with minimal service interruptions.
In no circumstance will Netdor Corporation be liable for any claims resulting from the use or inability to use Netdor Corporation's services - including, but not limited to, service interruptions, Subscriber errors, Internet connectivity problems, miscommunications, unauthorized access to Netdor Corporation servers, InterNIC problems, DNS caching, Internet bandwidth congestion, power failures, vandalism, and natural disasters.
10. Netdor Corporation reserves the right to revise our policies at any time.
